Wednesday I put out the call for help in card making for Sunday. I can't keep up with the demand on my own. So Cora, Andrea and their friend came by to help out while the kids were at church. They brought along some beautiful clay beaded necklaces and bookmarks to sell along with the cards.
Cora and her Sister Andrea made this fab Faith necklace.
Since I have had no time or mojo to work on crafty things other then for the youth I took time to research clay in the bible and I landed here...
Jeremiah 18:3-6
So I went down to the Potters house and saw him working at the wheel but, the pot I say him working in the clay was marred in his hands; so the potter transformed it into another pot, shaping it as it seemed best to him. Then the word of the Lord came to me. "O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter does?" declares the LORD. "Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand, O house of Israel".
I tell you what sure seems as of late that the potter has been working my clay overtime;)
Just something random...
I love my Bible cover just thought I would share it with you today. I found it at Barnes and Noble here is the online link if you like. Chocolate and Teal Bible cover.
Happy Stamp Day. God Bless.
