Here is my take on some cards that I have seen lately where the stripes could be of ribbon, DP or different colors of card stock (it is your choice). Then to have the simplicity of a top sentiment really pulls this look off. Have fun, if you make a project with this layout please link back to this post so we can see.

Awesome Sketch Sara and good way to use up the scraps esp PTI that I never throw away. I have been using some of the PTI PP for some baby shower favors and had these left overs, and your sketch was perfect for it. Here it is,
