Make 22 Valentines I changed my mind about handing them out...Little did she know that I was ahead of the game this time. I had an inkling she was going to change her mind who don't want to hand out valentines.

I was surfing Cricut blogs and found this cut file at Capida Designs. This file makes the perfect little treat bag, and Lord knows I have a stack of DP to cut.
