CHRISTmas Tree, Legends and Decorations

Legend has it that about the year 1500 Martin Luther began the tradition of decorating trees to celebrate Christmas. He decorated it with candles to honor Christ's birth. It is thought that German immigrants brought with them the Christmas Tree Tradition.

Cool card, and thanks for sharing the Christmas tree legends. That cinnamon art sounds really neat too--do the ornaments have a wonderful smell? Do you need to spray them with a sealer?
