Below is my hybrid version.

She is totally colored and paper pieced on the computer in Photoshop.
I printed off an extra layer just of the rag doll and fussy cut her out, she is placed with dimensional foam.  I also layered the card onto PTI card stock in Ripe Avocado and Royal Velvet.  The ribbon and button is also PTI.
 Just another few little details of using a corner rounder on the decorated paper and a white gel pen to place dots on her bow and the hearts.
