Here is my big news....Along with Hide and Seek Blog Candy

I have been named as Sister of the Week on Sisterhood of Scrap.
My scrapbook page won a weekly contest, you can see the page in my post here "Playful".

I am so thankful I found the Sisterhood of Scrap blog, I have been inspired again to scrapbook for our youngest DD. She loves to see the finished pages, has yet to figure out that the photos are of her she says, "See baby".

The girls also enjoy looking back at their books from this past summer, it was my goal not to hear, "I have nothing to do", all day everyday of summer vacation. You can see some of their work here in this post "Scrapbook Summer Journals".

It is my passion to post my finished works in hopes to inspire others as I have been. I will continue on my journey of cardmaking along the way so stay tuned to see what is forthcoming.

Bonus Hide and seek blog candy time...

So go check me out at Sisterhood of Scrap and see what all this big news is about and find something inspiring on your journey. I will help you out with this with a bonus blog candy hide and seek. You need to come back here and comment with the quote of the day from Sisterhood of Scrap. For this contest it can be a quote from any of the following days Sunday Jan 27 - Feb 2, ( you can leave one comment per day with the correct quote of that day) I will randomly draw a winner on Sunday Feb 3. This blog candy will be a scrappers dream prize remember also to leave a post here to win The Valentine package of blog candy.

Some AWESOME medical news to report..

Danille Duuse has had a negative scan this past week. Hurray for you Danille you are still in our prayers for a speedy recovery. Glad to see you had a wonderful time on your Make a Wish vacation.

That is a wonderful quote. Congratulations Sara!! They chose a wonderful sister of the week. I am so enjoying your scrapbook pages and by reading over Sisterhood of Scrap, I am getting enthused about starting in again on my scrapbooks. I made one for my mom (have 2 pages left to do) and while she is still with us, I am having her write on the pages about the photos so that we have her thoughts in her writing. That book means the world to me. I must get it finished for her.
Thanks for the new blog candy.
