A Blizzard of Tin

I purchased some kits from my friend Wanda over at My Creative Corner Last year now this year I am planning on making my own as tree ornaments, for now it looks like a tin blizzard has hit the kitchen.
Take the link above she tells you in detail how to make the snowflake creations.

Happy Stamp Day, God Bless!

Healing Rain

A few weeks back, Donna's Second stay in the hospital, it was pouring rain and I had to run out and retrieve little J from Grandpa and Grandma. Life 96.5 is always on in my truck and this song was playing Healing Rain by Michael W. Smith...

Healing rain is coming down
It's coming nearer to this old town
Rich and poor, weak and strong
It's bringing mercy, it won't be long

Healing rain is coming down
It's coming closer to the lost and found
Tears of joy, and tears of shame
Are washed forever in Jesus' name

Healing rain, it comes with fire
So let it fall and take us higher
Healing rain, I'm not afraid
To be washed in Heaven's rain

Lift your heads, let us return
To the mercy seat where time began
And in your eyes, I see the pain
Come soak this dry heart with healing rain

And only You, the Son of man
Can take a leper and let him stand
So lift your hands, they can be held
By someone greater, the great I Am

Healing rain, it comes with fire
So let it fall and take us higher
Healing rain, I'm not afraid
To be washed in Heaven's rain

To be washed in Heaven's rain...

Healing rain is falling down
Healing rain is falling down
I'm not afraid
I'm not afraid..

Two of my favorite verses above are in bold you the son of man can take a leper and make him stand. Can take a body totally broken and torn and make whole again when you believe in God's power and lift your hands to someone greater.

Donna continues to heal and having a front seat to this amazing process leaves no doubt in my mind that God is Awesome and sends his Healing Rain when we pray and worship in his name.

God Bless, may he pour down his healing rain for all who are in need.
