Season of Joy

I had gotten these images last season through SCS WRAK group. They are stamped so beautifully in some of my FAVE colors. All I had to do was trim up the stamped images and adhere them to my card with some dimensionals. I like the simple beauty of this card style.

Put CHRIST back into CHRISTmas in 2008

Here is one of my all time fave Christian ROCK sounds of the 80's
Petra Grave Robber
The title of the post and Name of the SU set used was enough to have this scripture stick out in my mind all day today. I am sure most of you are familiar with it, one passage was written to explain the death of the human body, this is the SEASON to CELEBRATE the BIRTH of JESUS our saviour the one who will carry our spirit that will never die if you believe in JESUS. My husband is always making fun of my music choices when I make a video CD on almost every one I put Amazing Grace my Chains are Gone, I just love that song. All he says is why do you have a funeral song on the photo CD? I answer him by saying to me it is not a funeral song it is a song showing that you believe in Jesus and have been set free...unending love "Amazing Grace". How can that be just a funeral song??
Ecclesiastes 3:1-18

a time to be born, and a time to die
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted
a time to kill, and a time to heal
a time to break down, and a time to build up
a time to weep, and a time to laugh
a time to mourn, and a time to dance
a time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together
a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing
a time to seek, and a time to lose
a time to keep, and a time to throw away
a time to tear, and a time to sew
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak
a time to love, and a time to hate
a time for war, and a time for peace.

Merry Christmas!

Love what you did with your WRAK images. And you aren't going to believe this, but that song "Amazing Grace, My Chains are Gone" was just sung at my stepfather's funeral. It was so appropriate for him. Thanks for posting it.
