I also used the

 brown starry paper

 (a freebie download in the LEJ Designs store)...

I digitally colored the image in photoshop and edited the star paper to appear more gray, 

next I used the Silhouette Cameo

to cut a card window.  The printed image is mounted behind the window with

dimensional foam.

I went with fair maiden because my college roomie

 is truly a warrior goddess and I have

created this to send to her.

I cut the card down and mounted it onto black, I could not get a great

pic so I am also placing a pic of the digi file...

 

She was so fun to color and truly reminded me of a goddess.

A Little Bubbly

Welcome to a new challenge from

LEJ Designs,

this week you are to use METAL on your creation.

Here is my DT creation for your inspiration...

I actually cut up one of my Mtn Dew cans and used the SU Daisy die in the big shot

to make my metal wall hanging.  

I was going for a Mod bathroom look, what do you think?

A simple quiet bath is all I ask for some days and with three girls and three dogs in the house

I am hardly ever granted that wish!

However, now after making this card a Mtn Dew and a bubbly bath are both calling my name.

My creation...

I used a name badge from Office Max to Alter.  

I love to tuck these lovelies inside

my holiday cards for a sweet little treat.

The image was digitally colored in photoshop, printed and punched out.  Next it was layered on a piece of colored card stock and stuck to the front of the badge with dimensional foam.

Here is my card...

I used this beautiful  Blossom Digi stamp created by Lindsey.

The Blossom digi was totally colored in PSE and printed off on
PTI Stampers Select White Card Stock.

The sentiment script I used is Respective from Dafont.com.

Next I cut down my layers to size and adhered them to the card base,
beautifully simple, simply beautiful!
These will make awesome cards for the nursing home residents since
they do not require extra postage.
Love that!

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog post today for

LEJ Designs Challenge Blog

monochromatic

is the challenge this week. 

I used  Rapunzel digi stamp

from LEJ Designs

and kept to the red hue in photoshop and kept

going with lower shades to digi color my image.

The image is telescoped off of the card with dimensional foam

 and it is really a nice effect (hard to see in the pic tho).

I ran the PTI background card stock through a CB embossing

folder to make it appear as a partial castle turret.

Winter Wishes

I used:

 LEJ Designs

Snowman 1 digi stamp

He was digitally colored in PS and fussy cut;)

I paired the image with My Mind's Eye Colorful Christmas.

I took and Xacto knife and cut around his hand so it appears that he is  holding the

mug of cocoa.

I love to think the steam from his cocoa blew off his lid.

LOL, I love this image!
