QKR Stampede Balloon Challenge

There is a great section over at QKR Stampede that showcases Balloon Holders and Balloons.

For my challenge card today I went with the cowboy theme however,

Here is a view of the printed card front before I placed the silhouette cut pieces. The digital stamps were colored in PSE10. I also used some grass and cloud brushes to finish off the card front.

Note:

OWH cards can not have ANY loose glitter on them.

We all know how glitter loves to stick to anything and everything

and it can create a safety issue for our heroes.

So please keep the glitter off your creations OR encase it in clear sealer or glue.

All I need is paper and ink...

Create a card with elements that represent each letter of Operation Write Home!

O = OLD

as in an Old paper set from Basic Grey called "konnichiwa"

W= White

I use white card bases for OWH card creations so our Heroes

have enough room to write a nice letter back home.

This way the entire inside and back of card is free for writing.

Since it is difficult for our Heroes at times to find anything other than a pencil

to use the white card base makes reading easier.

H = Hello

as in the stamp sentiment I used from Papertreyink.com

For this challenge I used

I made some alterations to the text by removing the flowers from the image because I did not feel they felt right on this creation.

That is the beauty of digital stamps you can make them your own without

all the masking and other techniques.

Just pull up the eraser tool and have at it;)

I used the

Nested Acordian Windows Sun card and Envelope
