My first SCS Swap

I have completed my first set of Swap cards ever it is so very exciting, I can not wait for my cards to arrive it will be like Christmas. I joined a Technique Swap on SCS and I chose to do Retiform, you can find out how to do it here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/retiform.php

I did a birthday card and used SU's bold brights, they are my fav colors to use. The stamp sets used were Sweet Treats and Lexicon of Love.

For the lack of tape sheets in the Sioux Falls area I have been using the 1 inch tape. This takes more work however, the result is the same.

I have been scanning in so many photos lately I wanted to start using some of them in my cards. Dad is going to love this, he likes to remember the good old days. He had his 75th birthday in Jan. and for a gift I made him a memory book, upon his return from Arizona he received a photo DVD and a copy of all of the scanned photos I have been working on. So this one is for you DAD!
